WGA Advisors invites applications for a Associate Organizational Change Management, specializing in SAP S/4HANA and AI Solutions within the Oil & Gas industry. This critical role focuses on driving the adoption and maximizing the impact of global SAP S/4HANA projects implemented using Agile methodology. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing change across extensive operations, engaging with tier-1 systems integrators and facilitating the transition for over 20,000 stakeholders in upstream and downstream operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies for global SAP S/4HANA and AI projects, ensuring alignment with Agile principles and business goals.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Lead engagement initiatives to manage the expectations and concerns of 20,000+ stakeholders across upstream and downstream operations, ensuring smooth transition and adoption of new systems.
3. Communication Planning: Design and execute effective communication plans that clearly articulate the benefits, impacts, and value of SAP S/4HANA and AI solutions to all levels of the organization.
4. Training and Support: Develop and deliver targeted training programs and support materials to facilitate user adoption and competency in new technologies and processes.
5. Agile Collaboration: Work closely with Agile project teams and tier-1 systems integrators to ensure change management activities are integrated into the project lifecycle, enhancing project agility and responsiveness.
6. Resistance Management: Identify and address areas of resistance within the organization, employing targeted interventions to mitigate impacts on project success.
7. Impact Analysis: Conduct impact analyses to understand change implications on people, processes, and technology, guiding strategic change initiatives.
8. Feedback Mechanisms: Establish and manage feedback channels to capture stakeholder insights and concerns, leveraging this input to refine change strategies.
9. Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to change management efforts, demonstrating the effectiveness and impact of change initiatives.
10. Leadership and Influence: Act as a change advocate, influencing and supporting senior management and key stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Organizational Psychology, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

– Minimum of 3 years’ experience in organizational change management, specifically within large-scale SAP S/4HANA projects in the Oil & Gas industry.

– Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodology and its application in change management processes.

– Proven ability to manage stakeholder engagement and communication for large-scale projects with 20,000+ stakeholders.

– Strong understanding of the Oil & Gas industry’s upstream and downstream operations and the unique challenges associated with digital transformations in this sector.

– Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

– Experience working with tier-1 systems integrators and facilitating change in complex, global project environments.

Compensation:

– Competitive salary based on experience. $115,800 – $125,600 (USD)

– Comprehensive benefits package, including an annual performance bonus.
