Program Management Lead – PMO SAP S/4HANA, AI, and CLM Solutions, Pharma Industry

WGA Advisors is seeking a Program Management Lead for our PMO SAP S/4HANA, AI, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Solutions within the Pharma industry. This pivotal role involves leading global S/4HANA projects utilizing Agile methodology, with a focus on executing sprints and releases efficiently. The ideal candidate will orchestrate collaboration between SAP development teams and tier-1 systems integrators, managing project teams of over 100 members and overseeing budgets exceeding $100 million. This position requires a blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership to drive transformation in the Pharma sector through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Agile Project Leadership: Guide the execution of global SAP S/4HANA, AI, and CLM projects using Agile methodologies, focusing on sprint planning, execution, and timely releases.
2. Collaboration and Integration: Foster effective collaboration with SAP development teams and tier-1 systems integrators to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.
3. Team and Budget Management: Lead large project teams with over 100 members, managing comprehensive project budgets over $100 million, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and financial parameters.
4. Pharma Industry Solutions: Tailor SAP S/4HANA, AI, and CLM deployments to meet the unique needs and compliance requirements of the Pharma industry, enhancing operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.
5. Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with global project deployments, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project specifications.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain continuous engagement with stakeholders across all levels, ensuring alignment of project goals, clear communication, and stakeholder support.
7. Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes, addressing the cultural and operational shifts necessary for successful implementation.
8. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Champion innovation within project teams, leveraging feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in project delivery and solution development.
9. Agile Excellence: Promote and uphold Agile principles throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to changing project needs and objectives.
10. Leadership and Development: Develop and mentor project teams and future leaders, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, with a strong emphasis on Agile project management methodologies.

– Over 12 years of experience in program management within the Pharma industry, including significant experience leading global SAP S/4HANA projects.

– Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects with team sizes over 100 and budgets exceeding $100 million.

– Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, AI technologies, and Contract Lifecycle Management solutions, with a deep understanding of Pharma industry requirements.

– Proven track record of Agile project delivery, with extensive experience in sprint planning, execution, and managing releases.

– Strong collaboration skills with experience working alongside SAP development teams and tier-1 systems integrators.

– Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

– Familiarity with the regulatory and compliance landscape of the Pharma industry.

Compensation:

– Competitive salary based on experience. $110,000-$125,000 (USD)

– Comprehensive benefits package, including an annual performance bonus.
